Ashley Andrews, Planner
Ashley provides GIS services. She also coordinates and carries out the Commission’s field services program, staffs the Transportation Advisory Committee, coordinates Road Foreman Roundtables, and assists with the Region’s Transportation Program.
Nancy Chartrand, Office Manager
Nancy improves our customer service by creating a productive work environment for the CVRPC team and supporting planning staff as they implement projects. Part of her role includes maintaining our contact database, developing the newsletter, managing social media, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative assistance to the Commission.
Pam DeAndrea, Senior Planner
Pam provides GIS data and maps for the towns in Central Vermont. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of CVRPC’s GIS Services and maintains the IT network for CVRPC. She also carries out CVRPC’s water quality program and natural resource projects; and is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
Zachary Maia, Assistant Planner
Zachary works on a broad spectrum of planning projects. He assists with plan updates, bylaw research, data development, Village Center Designation, energy planning, local hazard mitigation plans, healthy community initiatives, and transportation initiatives. He provides support to senior staff for the Town Plan Review and Regional Plan Committees and our municipal training program. Zachary is the contact for CVRPC’s energy program and Village Center Designation application assistance.
Clare Rock, Senior Planner
Clare assists municipalities with land use planning issues, including municipal plans and bylaws. She is the primary contact for the Regional Plan and for Act 250 and Section 248 project review. Clare staffs the Project Review Committee, Town Plan Review Committee, and Regional Plan Committee. Clare is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM); and also manages the Commission’s Brownfield Program. Clare is the contact person for housing, forestry, and agriculture.
Grace Vinson, Planner
Grace assists municipalities in land use planning as well as emergency management. She staffs the Local Emergency Planning Committee #5 (LEPC) and is a Certified Flood Plain Manager (CFM). Tier II reports she be sent to her attention.
Bonnie Waninger, Executive Director
Bonnie provides leadership and visibility for the organization. She handles the administrative and organizational issues, as well as financial oversight. She also coordinates with other Vermont regional planning commissions, State agencies, and the Vermont General Assembly.
